Confrontation

In Aetherius, storm clouds of energy, rage, anger, and emotional pain rage over the area where Talos and Alessia reside. Alessia has finally begun to put the pieces together of what happened to her and Talos' daughter, Iriisii, when she disappeared from Roscrea on her eighteenth birthday. The degree of manipulation in this was maddening, to find it all hidden inside of a Dragonbreak, and it was not just one timeline, but three, at least that is all that she has been able to pierce the veil of and see into what happened in each and how they have been merged.      And the audacity of Akatosh, telling her that he would look into it when she went to him to ask his help. His hands are all over this along with others, some she barely knows anything about, others she has no idea who they are or what they represent. The others of the 'Nine' feel what is building and look to Akatosh to see how he is going to handle this, some wondering if he truly can handle th...

Returning Home 5

Returning Home 5      Darkstar slowly smiles, "Thank you, I did not know that I could ever feel like I do right now." She takes Rigmor's hands in hers, brings them up to kiss  them, then draws her into a deep hug, arms wrapped around her. As Rigmor wraps her own around Darkstar, Darkstar kisses the top of Rigmor's head, and whispers, "Thank you."      As they separate, Darkstar says, "One last part to look at, her quarters. They are just down the corridor from the 'Pit'." As they make their way onward, Rose asks, "Are there any likely surprises waiting for us there?"      Darkstar thinks and replies, "No I do not believe so, at least not of the variety we have so far encountered. There may be more mundane things, paperwork, orna..., shite, I almost forgot."      Rose: "Forgot what?"      Darkstar: "The Mute's second-in-command's skull. She said she was going to mount it on one of the bedposts as h...

AE17 The Story of Iriisii Dovahkiin

AE17 Iriisii: "This night is almost over, yet I have one more supremely special surprise for you. Once during my travels I came across a song that moved me like no other I have ever heard since the beginning of Existence. I tracked down the artist that sang that song and sat in rapture for an entire day listening to him sing.      As I was setting up tonight's performance list, I felt the need to sing that song for you tonight. But somehow I felt it would be wrong to sing that song without him. And so I sent a message to where he lives, asking him if he would come and sing with me tonight. You will not recognize him or his name, for he comes from a very long distance away. Not another country, or another continent, not even another world, no, he comes from another universe, one eerily similar to this one in some ways, far different in others. He has graciously brought a video to accompany the song tonight and we hope you enjoy both.     ...
